The Ministry facilitates specialized training programmes for African and other developing countries in the fields of Solar Energy and Wind Energy in National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE), Gurgaon and National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE), Chennai under IAFS-III and ITEC programmes of Government of India.
